Quality Construction offers a full range of design services such as:

Consulting and project planning – The first step to any project is to perform an analysis of the needs and wants of the customer. QC professionals have years of experience in developing projects of all sizes to meet our customer’s needs for today and tomorrow. These projects include land development, project and community master planning, commercial and residential development.

Engineering and detailing – QC has professional engineers on staff to design structural elements, evaluate site conditions and detail systems that work properly and efficiently. Having engineers on staff also allows QC to handle any unexpected circumstances that may occur in the field, quickly and effectively.

Drafting and plan preparation – After a needs analysis, conceptual design and engineering are completed, QC can prepare all drawings and prints that are needed to bid and/or build your project.

Value Engineering – QC designs projects to provide you with the most value for your money. Value engineering involves exploring multiple ways to accomplish the goal. For example, there are several ways to design a roof system for any house. Some will cost more than others, but all will provide shelter from the elements. QC evaluates all of the options to meet your needs and presents them to you in everyday language, so that a customer can make an informed decision. QC can incorporate efficiency into the design of your home without reducing quality. This can go beyond the initial cost of the project to include how you live or work in the project when it is completed. QC professionals are trained in value engineering to help our customers’ investment go further.

NOTE: QC can be contracted to do all of the above work for your residential or light-commercial project. All design services are included at NO charge with building contracts for our residential customers.

Builders

Quality Construction offers turnkey construction of residential and light-commercial projects. QC also works with customers to allow flexible options such as owner’s “sweat” equity to reduce costs. QC builds from existing prints or from our designs. We build in Ashtabula, Lake and Geauga counties. QC has full-time journeymen and construction managers to perform all trades within the company. QC also uses only the best subcontractors in our area with all workmanship backed by our own skills and experience.

Residential – new homes, multifamily apartments, condominiums, additions, finished basements, etc.

Commercial – one-story to three-story buildings with wood frame, steel stud and masonry construction such as: offices, retail stores, restaurants, assisted living, etc.
