Most people want piece of mind after they purchase something and a home is no different. Quality Construction stands behind everything we build 100%. Quality Construction provides the most comprehensive warranty program in the area. Our 1-5-10 year program is an extensive warranty program that goes beyond what most builders provide.

At the closing of each project, QC will provide you with all of your warranty information and documents from everything that has been installed in your new home. This includes all manufactures warranties. We will also walk you through all of the systems in your new home and explain their operation, maintenance and what to do if there is a problem. This is part of our Home Initiation Walkthrough.

One year - The first year we cover everything, labor and materials. QC will contact you at approximately 90 days after closing to perform a follow up walkthrough. Then again at 11 months QC will perform another walkthrough to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.

Five year - Each new home comes with a five-year moisture intrusion warranty. This includes windows, roofs, doors, and basements.

Ten year – Each new home comes with ten-year structural warranty covering foundation, floor systems, walls and the roof.
